APLUS SAIGON only serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting, you confirm you meet the age requirement and agree to present valid ID upon request.

The online booking form is a request to hold a table — officially confirmed once APLUS SAIGON contacts you via hotline 0866 433 754 or Zalo within 15 minutes.

Tables are held up to 30 minutes past the reserved time. Beyond that without notice, APLUS SAIGON may seat other guests.

Free cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 hours before the reserved time via hotline / Zalo.

For VIP tables or private events with deposit, refund policy will be specified at the deposit stage.

Dress code: Smart Casual / Stylish (no flip-flops, no shorts). APLUS SAIGON reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliant attire.

Prohibited items: drugs, weapons, or anything violating Vietnamese law.

Guests must follow staff guidance on security, fire safety, and house rules.

APLUS SAIGON is not responsible for personal belongings lost in unmonitored areas.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using services. Notify staff in advance of any health conditions.

All content on aplussaigon.com.vn (logo, images, text, video) is property of APLUS SAIGON. Copying or commercial use without written consent is copyright infringement.

APLUS SAIGON may update these terms at any time. New versions take effect upon publication at aplussaigon.com.vn/en/terms with the updated date.
